Processing and Delivery Times
We aim to process all orders within 5-7 days (excluding postage) however most will be processed sooner. All orders are sent via Australia Post; please check with them regarding expected timeframes for packages to arrive as it will depend on your location and current covid-19 impacts.
Please be mindful that choosing the Express option does not mean we can post your item the next day; all orders are packaged in the order they are received.
If you do require your order by a specific date, please get in touch and we’ll let you know whether it is achievable.
Please note Pocket & Beau will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been handed over to Australia Post.
Returns Information
Please note we do not offer returns or cancellations of orders, but we will gladly accept exchanges or offer store credit for a returned item. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to us in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you believe an item is faulty when received, please get in touch so we can provide a solution.
Product Care
All our products are handcrafted and as with any handmade item, there may be slight differences or imperfections which make your piece unique. We aim to give an accurate portrayal of colour in our photography but please be mindful of viewing the items on different devices which may change the shade slightly. If you have any specific colour queries, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Our items are made from quality fabrics and although nothing stays the same forever, you can care for your product in such a way that it will party on for many years. See below for care instructions that are suitable for all fabric types we use in our bow ties:
Spot clean and steam iron as needed. If necessary, cold handwash using a gentle laundry detergent. Remove excess water with a towel before lying flat to air dry and maintain its shape.
And finally, if you find that you’ve partied with your bow tie just a little too hard and it’s become damaged in any way, get in touch and we’ll give advice on how to mend it otherwise send it to us for repair (contact us before returning). All postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
